My Favorite Season我最喜欢的季节

My favorite season is spring. In spring, the trees and flowers grow. The wind blows gently (和缓地). It’s warm and cozy (温暖舒适的). I like spring so much!

Summer is my favorite season. I can wear pretty dresses and have cold drinks in summer. I can also go to the beach and play in the water.

 I love my home. It’s big and nice. My favorite place is my study. There is a big bookshelf in it. There are many colorful books on the bookshelf. I enjoy reading and playing in my study.

My home is a small but cozy place. It has a living room, a kitchen and two bedrooms. My favorite is my bedroom. It’s painted (在……上刷油漆) light blue. There’s a soft bed with lovely pillows, and a desk by the window. I love reading and studying here.

My Favorite Summer Sport 我最喜欢的夏季运动

Swimming is the thing I usually do in summer. I enjoy spending my spare (空闲的) time swimming with my friends on Sunday afternoons. It helps me keep strong and healthy. Swimming also gives me more chances to make new friends. I like swimming. I will keep on doing it.

 My favorite summer sport is riding bikes. I usually ride bikes with my mother in the park on Sundays because it’s good for my health. It’s so much fun too. I always ride bikes with my mother for two hours every week. I like riding bikes very much.

Among all the joyful activities (活动), swimming holds a special place in my heart. Whenever I dive (跳水) into the cool, sparkling (闪烁的) water, I feel like a graceful (优雅的) fish gliding (滑行) through an ocean of blue silk (丝绸). Swimming isn’t just a sport. It teaches me to be brave, strong, and patient (有耐心的).
